"I am teaching spin classes at WOW. I teach 1) Tuesday, 5:30am 2) Tuesday, 6:00pm and 3) Friday, 4:00pm (I might be adding a 9:30 class in the summer so you can check the schedule). Lesley Corydon manages mortgage marketing at JPMorgan Chase. She'll put you in touch with a Chase loan officer in Monmouth County who can evaluate your individual situation and work with you.  A lot of people are looking to switch from adjustable rate "ARM" products to fixed rates and others are looking to refinance to a lower rate in order to save money.  Others are trying to buy second homes while the market is off.  The market is so volatile it's hard to know when rates are going to drop, so it's a great time to talk to a loan officer and let them know your situation and they can either help you now or call you when rates drop to the point that you can save money.
